Macquarie Cloud Services, part of Macquarie Technology Group, now ranks number one in the 30-99 employee category in the annual Best Workplaces in Technology in Australia list.
The list is developed by global workplace culture consultancy, Great Place to Work and shortlists companies using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback.
Macquarie Cloud Services stood out for its job satisfaction across its team, with 99% recommending it as a place to work compared to the average of 56% of employees at other Australian companies. It was also recognised for its health and wellbeing programs, customer service recognition and rewards and career development opportunities.
